Homemade Baked Italian Meatballs

Melt-in-your-mouth meatballs made with ground beef, Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs.

Ingredients:  Ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, garlic, herbs.

Add all ingredients to bowl and mix

Divide and roll into 2" meatballs

Use a cookie scoop for even sizes. Roll into 2" diameter sizes. Wet your hands for easy shaping.

Bake meatballs then simmer with tomato sauce.

Bake at 400F until done, about 18 to 20 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce, spaghetti, in soups, or with gravy.

Recipe Tips

1) Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese. 2) Use fresh Italian herbs. 3) Don't over-mix the meatballs. 4) Use a cookie scoop for shaping.
