Mango Sauce

This mango sauce is made of juicy, ripe mangos that highlight its sweet & tangy flavor. Serve mango sauce with desserts or savory dishes!

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangos peeled and chopped; 3 cups
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice adjust to taste
  • 2 teaspoons sugar adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Add the mango chunks, lime juice, and sugar to a high speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and the sugar is dissolved. Taste and adjust with more lime juice or sugar as needed.
    3 ripe mangos, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 2 teaspoons sugar
  • (Optional) Strain the sauce through a fine mesh sieve to remove any fibers. Serve with dessert or savory dishes. Enjoy!

Notes

Makes about 2 cups of sauce after straining. 
Frozen mangos - If using frozen mangos, completely thaw them overnight or on your counter. Keep any juice that's been released.
Storage - Store in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 2 days. Freeze for up to 1 month.
