Ingredients

  • 2 pieces salmon 5 - 7oz, each

Teriyaki Marinade

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Stir the marinade ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside one-third for glazing, and pour the remaining two-thirds into a zip-top bag with the salmon. Marinate for at least 10 minutes, or up to an hour, in the fridge.
2 pieces salmon, 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce, 3 tablespoons mirin, 3 tablespoons sugar
  • Remove the salmon from the bag, pat it dry, and place it on the lined pan. Discard the used marinade.
  • Bake until cooked to your preference. For medium, aim for an internal temperature of 130℉ to 135℉, about 9-10 minutes. For fully cooked salmon, check for an internal temperature of 145℉, about 12 minutes. Brush on the marinade during the last few minutes.
  • Serve the salmon with steamed rice and vegetables. Enjoy!

Notes
