Korean banana milk is a popular drink in Korea sold by Binggrae, a famous food and beverage company. This homemade version is made with fresh bananas, milk, sugar, and water and tastes just as delicious, if not better, than the store-bought version!

- 1 large banana ripe, spotted; peeled
- ¾ cup ice-cold milk
- ⅓ cup ice-cold water
- 1 to 3 teaspoons sugar adjust to taste
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed. Garnish with a banana slice and serve immediately as separation can occur over time. Enjoy!
