Korean Banana Milk

Korean banana milk is a popular drink in Korea sold by Binggrae, a famous food and beverage company. This homemade version is made with fresh bananas, milk, sugar, and water and tastes just as delicious, if not better, than the store-bought version!

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana ripe, spotted; peeled
  • ¾ cup ice-cold milk
  • cup ice-cold water
  • 1 to 3 teaspoons sugar adjust to taste
  • teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed. Garnish with a banana slice and serve immediately as separation can occur over time. Enjoy!
    1 large banana, ¾ cup ice-cold milk, ⅓ cup ice-cold water, 1 to 3 teaspoons sugar, ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
